Companion App
OPOsitive Track
Live OR Case Tracking
OPOsitive Track allows team members to follow OR cases in real time by entering a Track ID generated from the main app. Surgeons, transplant coordinators, procurement leads, and OPO staff can all follow the case from anywhere — no need to call or text for updates.
How It Works
- 1The Organ Recovery Coordinator generates a Track ID in OPOsitive: ORC Tools
- 2The Track ID is shared with the team
- 3Team members enter the Track ID in OPOsitive Track
- 4OR times appear live as they are marked
Features
Live Timestamps
See OR events update in real time as the coordinator marks them.
Elapsed Timers
Warm ischemia time, stand-off, extubation to death, and total case time — calculated automatically.
DCD & DBD Support
Timeline adjusts based on donor type so the right milestones surface for the case.
Secure Sync
Data syncs through Apple iCloud / CloudKit — encrypted in transit and at rest.
Note: OPOsitive Track requires the main OPOsitive: ORC Tools app to generate Track IDs and mark OR times. Track is the read-only companion for team members following a case. Both apps sync securely through iCloud.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need an account to use OPOsitive?
No. The app works immediately with no registration or login required.
Does it work offline?
Yes. All clinical references, calculators, medications, lab ranges, and policies are bundled locally. The only feature that requires internet is the live tracking sync between OPOsitive and OPOsitive Track.
Is the data accurate?
All clinical data is derived from publicly available medical literature and established clinical formulas. The app includes a clinical disclaimer and is not a substitute for clinical judgment or institutional protocols.
Who built this?
OPOsitive was developed by Zenview Studio, LLC. The developer is a Senior Organ Recovery Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in critical care and healthcare.
Can I use OPOsitive Track without the main app?
OPOsitive Track requires a Track ID generated by the main OPOsitive: ORC Tools app. It is a read-only companion for team members following a case.
Is my data secure?
Files are encrypted at rest on your device using iOS Data Protection (AES-256). The Track ID sync uses Apple CloudKit, which encrypts data in transit and at rest. No third-party services or analytics are used.
